- I am a freelance illustrator, who draws influence from the 1950s and 1960s. The 1970s are pretty good too! I have also been photographing the Australian urban landscape in my industrial hometown (inspired by 1980s American road movies). Photographically, I am not attracted to the 'Sunset/ Beach/ Rain Forest Landscape' genre. I much prefer, the surprises and banality of the everyday. A video documentary was produced in 2003, highlighting yours truly, on various photo shoots, in the urban environment. See the three links below.
